Birth Doula Experience Verification

DNT Network offers optional professional experience verification for Birth Doula Certification students and graduates to document birth attendance, labor-support hours, and supervised observations. Once reviewed and approved, verified experiences will be added to your professional record.

Please note: Birth attendance is not required for DNT Network certification. This optional verification may support professional development, employment, or certain state Medicaid enrollment requirements.

Before you begin:

• Download and complete the Birth Attendance Verification Form. Have it signed by your verifier and upload it with your submission.

• Submit one experience per form. You may submit additional experiences at any time.

• Do not include medical records or sensitive client information.
