4.1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All course purchases are refundable only within 48 hours of enrollment, provided that no more than one module has been accessed. Once the 48-hour window has passed, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to a change of mind, failure to complete the course, inability to find or schedule interviews, inability to meet certification or licensure requirements, or changes in employment or personal circumstances.

After the 48-hour period, refunds will not be granted even if the course has not been completed, accessed infrequently, or ultimately does not meet a student’s personal or professional goals.

Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate revocation of course access and may be sent to collections if unresolved. Any certifications, mentor assignments, or review services associated with a disputed charge may be suspended or revoked until the dispute is resolved.

Scholarships, grants, promotional codes, bundled discounts, or any discounted enrollments are non-refundable.

4.2. Course Exchange Policy

We understand that students may occasionally realize shortly after enrolling that a different course is a better fit. For that reason, DNT Network offers a limited course exchange option under the conditions outlined below.

If a course exchange request is submitted within 48 hours of the original enrollment, and no more than one module has been accessed, students may request a one-time, free exchange to a different DNT Network course. This allows students to switch or swap into another certification program without penalty, provided the request falls within the refund eligibility window.

If a course exchange request is submitted after 48 hours of enrollment, the exchange will be subject to a non-refundable course change fee of $35 per request. This fee applies regardless of how much of the course has been completed and is required to cover administrative processing, record updates, and system adjustments.

When exchanging into a course or bundle with a higher price, students are responsible for paying any applicable pricing difference, including differences related to bundled certifications. If the new course or bundle is priced lower, no partial refunds or credits will be issued for the price difference.

Course exchanges are not permitted for courses that have been substantially completed, certifications that have already been issued, or enrollments obtained through scholarships, grants, or special promotional pricing unless explicitly approved by DNT Network in writing.

All course exchange requests must be submitted through our official support channel and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any exchange is at the sole discretion of DNT Network and does not reset refund eligibility or extend access periods.

5. No Warranties
