At DNT Network, we strive to provide accessible, practical, and affordable training programs for birth workers, caregivers, and professionals around the world. Because our courses include immediate digital access to educational materials, clear refund guidelines are necessary to maintain fairness for all learners.
Please review our policy carefully before enrolling.
48-Hour Refund Window
All course purchases are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of enrollment, provided that:
No more than one lesson has been accessed, and
The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of the original enrollment time.
Refund requests that meet these conditions may be submitted by contacting our support team. Once verified, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
After 48 Hours — All Sales Final
Once the 48-hour refund window has passed, all purchases become final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Failure to complete the course
Lack of time to finish the program
Dissatisfaction after extended course access
Inability to schedule interviews or mentorship components
Inability to meet certification or licensure requirements in a specific state or country
Changes in employment, personal, or financial circumstances
Technical difficulties caused by a student’s personal device or internet connection
This policy applies even if the course has not been completed or has been accessed only occasionally.
Course Access and Digital Content
Upon enrollment, learners receive immediate access to digital course materials, which may include:
Video lessons
downloadable resources
training materials
certification guidelines
practice assignments
community or mentor resources
Because digital content can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility is limited to the initial 48-hour review period.
Scholarships, Grants, and Discounted Enrollments
Courses obtained through any of the following are non-refundable:
Scholarships
Training grants
Promotional discounts
Referral credits
Bundled course discounts
Special pricing offers
These enrollments are considered final sale at the time of purchase.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If a learner initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank, credit card provider, or payment processor without first contacting DNT Network to resolve the issue, the following actions may occur:
Immediate suspension or termination of course access
Suspension of mentor assignments, certification reviews, or student services
Revocation of certification eligibility
Suspension of access to course materials and student records
Submission of the disputed balance to collections if the chargeback is not resolved
DNT Network reserves the right to present enrollment records, login activity, course access logs, and policy acceptance records to the payment processor as evidence in resolving payment disputes.
Certification and Professional Requirements
DNT Network provides educational training and certification programs, but enrollment does not guarantee employment, licensure, or professional credential recognition in any specific jurisdiction.
It is the learner’s responsibility to verify whether a certification meets local regulations, employer requirements, or licensing standards before enrolling.
Refunds will not be issued based on licensing or employment eligibility outcomes.
